ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Placing an order with TIWA is quick and easy—simply choose your favourite garments, select the right size and place it in your basket. Once you’ve finished shopping, click through to the checkout where we will begin your transaction.

  • To ensure our team receives the correct information, we ask all customers to carefully check their delivery address and personal details at the time of purchasing.
  • If you wish to have your purchase delivered to a business, we ask for you to include both the business name and address.
  • We aim to dispatch your TIWA order within 24 hours for domestic clients, and 48 hours for international clients (subject to business days).
  • TIWA accepts payments via Mastercard, Visa, PayPal and American Express.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

TIWA orders are packed and posted from our Gold Coast head office. We endeavour to send all domestic orders within 24 hours after purchase, and 48 hours for international clients. TIWA does not process orders on weekends or Public Holidays.

We are proud to use Australia Post’s Standard Parcel Post courier service for all deliveries. Please note, once your order has been shipped from our location, it is in the care of Australia Post. TIWA is not liable for any errors made by this service.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At TIWA, we want you to love your purchase. Although we do not process full refunds, our team happily process exchanges and credit for items received in like-new condition, with original tags attached.

All returns must be issued within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges and credit ONLY apply to full- priced items—sale and promotional products are excluded and cannot be returned. Likewise, items beyond 15 days of delivery are not eligible for return.

How to return or exchange an item

To return an item, please email info@tiwaliving.com with your reason for returning. We must have the original item(s) in our office before your new, exchanged item is dispatched. Clients must pay all delivery costs for returned items, including postage for the exchanged product.

  • A tracking number
  • A returning sachet from the PostOffice
  • A copy of your postal receipt

Domestic Shipping

On average, it takes between 2 and 5 working days for your garments to arrive. Do you live in a remote part of Australia? Please allow up to 7 working days for your delivery.

International Shipping

All international orders are posted from TIWA’s head office on the Gold Coast. Australia Post will provide you with a tracking number for your purchase. Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive—deliveries to some countries may take longer.

Delivery costs are determined by your delivery address. Simply choose your country, state and zip for an estimated shipping cost.

Important information for international customers

Customers are responsible for all Customs charges, based on the original value of your order. These charges are dependent on your destination country. All imported goods are subject to assessment for import taxes and charges, regardless of whether you purchased the goods for your own use. Tiwa recommends our customers to check if additional taxes, fees or levies, according to local legislation, apply before placing an international order.
